Swiss Cheese Potatoes

Cooked potatoes baked with cheese and butter until golden brown, served sprinkled with ground paprika.

Ingredients:

8 pcs of larger potatoes 120 g of cheese (Madeland, Emmental, etc.) butter for spreading ground sweet paprika water salt

Procedure:

1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes, then drain and cut a little at the bottom end (so they stand up well) and cut the top a few times to about two-thirds
