Sweet Potato Pancakes

Potato dough fried in hot oil, potato chips sprinkled with sesame seeds and served topped with sour cream and garnished with jam.

Ingredients:

1 kg of raw potatoes 150 g smooth flour 4 tbsp sesame seeds 1 piece oats sour cream jam to taste frying oil

Procedure:

1. Grate half of the potatoes on a fine grater, the other half on a coarse grater, stir, after a while skim off the released water
2. Add the egg, flour and salt, mix, pour the batter into the hot oil with a ladle
3. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on the still raw top of the potato pancake, fry the pancakes from the other side, on a paper towel or cloth let the excess oil drain off
