600 g sweet potatoes a little oil to taste salt

1. Peel the sweet potatoes, cut them into thicker fries and soak them in cold water. Meanwhile, pour the oil into a casserole or frying pan and heat it to 150°C. Dry the fries with a tea towel and fry for about 3 minutes. 2. Take them out, let them drain a little, heat the oil to 175°C (6 degrees) and fry them for another 5 minutes. They will be golden and crispy on the surface. Drain them on a paper towel and sprinkle with salt.
