Sweet potato cream soup

2 pcs sweet potatoes 1 pcs carrots 1 pcs onion 4 cloves garlic olive oil turmeric ground, ginger ground, black pepper ground salt 1000 ml water lemon juice grated hard cheese chili sauce parsley

Sweet potato cream soup.

Wash, peel and cut the sweet potatoes into small pieces (if they have a healthy and nice skin, leave it on), peel and slice the carrots, chop the onion finely and cut the garlic into small strips.

Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the onions in it. Then add the garlic, ginger and turmeric and fry together briefly. Finally, add the carrots and sweet potatoes and sauté everything for about 3 more minutes.

Add water, salt and pepper and cook until tender. If you like it spicy, you can add a little chili sauce before cooking.

When the Vegetable Recipes are cooked, season them with a little lemon juice and blend with a stick blender until smooth.

Garnish the soup with parsley and sprinkle with grated cheese. If you want a softer cream, you can add a little sour cream on top. Serve with toasted bread croutons. Enjoy!
