450 g peach 1 tbsp semi-coarse flour 1/4 litre sweet cream 1 tbsp sugar to taste salt, cinnamon
procedure
Wash the peaches, stone and cook until soft. Stir in the cream mixed with the flour and bring to the boil. Add salt, cinnamon and sugar. Blend the finished soup. Serve hot or cold.
