Sweet lentil soup

200 g lentils 1 pk carrots 1 pk parsley 1 pk onion 1 pk bay leaf 2 KL salt 2 tbsp lard 2 tbsp plain flour 2 KL ground red pepper 2 KL minced red pepper 2 cloves garlic 2 KL ground black pepper
procedure
1. Soak the picked and washed lentils in cold water overnight and cook the next day with the chopped carrots, parsley and onion. Season with bay leaves and salt when the lentils are semi-soft. 2. Heat the lard in a frying pan, add the flour and ground red pepper, fry, pour in the water and make the roux. 3. When the Vegetable Recipes are cooked, add the roux, simmer the soup for a while and season with pressed garlic, pepper and parsley. To the finished soup we can also add toasted sliced sausages to taste.
