Sweet fried scones

Fried potato doughnuts coated in icing sugar, served with plum compote.

Ingredients:

400 g of boiled hot potatoes 200 g coarse flour 40 g of semolina 1 pc of/td>

eggs salt oil for frying powdered sugar for coating

Procedure:

1. Peel the hot potatoes, mash, sprinkle with semolina, add flour, egg, salt and make a smooth dough
