Fried potato doughnuts coated in icing sugar, served with plum compote.

Procedure:
1. Peel the hot potatoes, mash, sprinkle with semolina, add flour, egg, salt and make a smooth dough
2. Form the dough into doughnuts and fry in hot oil until golden brown
