Sweet fondue with cheese and vanilla

A sauce made of milk, pudding, sugar, butter, grated cheese, wine, cognac, lemon zest and raisins, designed for dipping pieces of fruit or chocolate.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Mix the milk with the custard powder, semolina and vanillin sugar, bring to the boil and stir until it starts to stiffen
2. Remove from the heat, allow to cool and then whisk in the softened butter, finely grated cheese, white wine and eggnog
3. Finally, season with lemon zest and washed raisins
4. In a suitable container, place the sauce on the table over a low flame and dip pieces of fruit or chocolate into it.
