Sweet Couscous with Raisins and Nuts

The dish, according to this recipe, can be served as a breakfast or a sweet lunch. It is such a sweet treat that will fill you up without getting too fat. 🙂

Ingredients:

200 g of medium 100 g your favourite nuts (hazelnut kernels are great) 100 g raisins 1 tbsp butter honey lemon juice

Procedure:

  • Cook the couscous as directed and add a tablespoon of butter at the end.
  • Dry roast the nuts in a frying pan and then crumble them using a tea towel and a meat mallet.
  • Soak the raisins in water for half an hour.
  • Add the nuts and raisins to the couscous and drizzle everything with lemon juice. Sweeten with honey and serve as a breakfast or sweet lunch.
