I first tasted Brigadeiros right in the country it comes from, Brazil. Brazilians are very fond of very sweet desserts, and brigadeiros are proof of that. Whenever I want to reminisce about the amazing memories I have in Rio de Janeiro with my family, and coincidentally I also have a can of Salka at home, the choice is clear. A recipe perfect for sweet treats.
1.
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, condensed milk and cocoa powder. Stir continuously until you can see the bottom of the pot for 2-3 seconds when you run a spoon through the mixture.
2.
Pour the mixture onto a buttered plate and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
3.
Form the chilled mixture into balls. Brush your hands with butter to prevent them from sticking.
4.
Coat the balls in chocolate sprinkles.
5.
Good taste!
