Sweet Christmas balls

5 pcs egg 5 tbsp semi-coarse flour 5 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tbsp hollandaise cocoa 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp hot water

1 crucible Mascarpone 200 ml whipped cream 100 g white chocolate

Bake the muffins only during the Christmas holidays. They look and taste very good

First I make cream, heat the cream and add chopped chocolate to it,stir to melt the chocolate. Finally, add the mascarpone and stir the cream with a spoon. Let cool.

Divide the eggs. Beat the stiff snow. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Add the mixture (flour, cocoa, baking powder) and water. Finally, lightly fold in the snow and knead into a smooth dough. Bake the dough in a silicone mould. 220°C for 8 minutes.

Remove the baked hemispheres and poke a hole in the centre for the cream. Crumble the hollowed out dough. Fill with cream and sprinkle with crumbs of dough. Put the two halves together and refrigerate.

Decorate with white icing, fruit and edible sprinkles. Enjoy!
