300 g sour cherries 1 tbsp semi-coarse flour 1/4 litre sweet cream 1 tbsp sugar to taste salt, cinnamon
procedure
Pit the sour cherries and cook until soft. Stir in the cream and flour and bring to the boil. Add salt, cinnamon and sugar. Blend the finished soup. Serve hot or cold.
