Sweet Carrot Sauce

This sauce is great as a side dish for dipping the famous Asian rolls.

Ingredients:

1-2 dcl carrot juice 1 tsp cane sugar, or to taste 1/2 handful fresh coriander leaves 1-2 pcs chillies

Procedure:

1. Rinse the coriander leaves under cold running water, then drain thoroughly, chop finely
2. Remove the chillies from their cores and chop them finely as well
3. Mix the cane sugar in the carrot juice, add the other ingredients, stir the sauce and let it stand for a while.
