Sweet and sour
Sweet and sour, that’s the name of the dish prepared according to this recipe.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Prepare a small bowl in which you crack an egg and add about 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of starch flour, stir and put the chopped meat into the mixture, let it rest
2. Then heat the oil in a saucepan, add the sliced garlic, sliced carrots and halved onions, fry the Vegetable Recipes until golden brown, add the sugar, caramelise briefly and then add the purée, fry and pour in the stock
3. Add the sliced peppers and cook for about 10 minutes, then add the sliced pineapple and season to taste with vinegar
4. In the meantime we have already heated oil (the more the better) in a high pan and fry the meat, which we then add to the finished sauce
5. Stir and season with salt and pepper, I added a little more classic vinegar.
