Sweet and sour cabbage soup

1 kg onion to taste oil 3 pcs carrots 4 cloves garlic 3 pcs parsley 1 pcs celery 1 pcs white cabbage 1 kg smoked neck 1/2 kg potatoes 1 tbsp mustard 1 tin tomato puree 1 pcs masox broth 2 tbsp granulated sugar to taste ground black pepper to taste sweet ground paprika 2 tbsp vinegar

step

1. Fry 1kg onion in oil. Add black ground pepper and ground red pepper. Cut the carrots, garlic, parsley and celery into rounds and add to the onions. Simmer together for about 15 minutes. Cover with water and add the finely chopped white cabbage. Add 1 kg of smoked neck and cook for about an hour. Add 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 larger puree, 1 bouillon, 1 masox cube, 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar and 2-3 tablespoons of granulated sugar. Prepare the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, add them to the water and boil for about 0,5 hour. 2. Before serving, cut the neck into cubes and add back to the soup. Enjoy.
