Swedish meatballs

Flavoured minced meat, roasted in the shape of balls, served with sauce sprinkled with dill.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Put the minced pork, peeled, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, finely chopped dill, beaten egg into a bowl, mix everything well, salt and pepper to taste
2. Between the palms of your hands, roll out twenty walnut-sized balls from the mixture and slowly fry the balls in a pan in heated oil on all sides
3. Then remove the meatballs, melt the butter in the pan, add the flour, fry for two minutes, stirring constantly, then carefully pour in the hot beef stock and let it cook for fifteen minutes until thickened 4. Finally, return the meatballs to the sauce, heat through, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve with mashed potatoes and cranberries.
