Swedish Liver Pate

Spicy liver pate made of pork liver, bacon, anchovy slices and eggs.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the well-bleached liver into pieces and mince twice with bacon
2. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot butter, and when it has cooled, add it at the same time as the finely chopped anchovies and the eggs beaten with cream and plain flour to the liver mixture
3. Grease an oblong loaf tin with butter, line the bottom with foil, fill with the liver mixture, cover the tin with foil, fix it to the sides, place in a baking dish with hot water and bake in a moderately heated oven for about 1,5 hours
5. Let the pâté cool in the mould, then soak the mould in hot water, tip the pâté out, cut it 6. Finally, decorate the pâté with hollowed-out apple halves filled with cranberries
