ingredients
3 cups coarse flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1 packet baking powder 3 tbsp cocoa powder 175 g Hera – grease a baking tray 175 g Hera – cut thinly on top
Filling
750 g soft cottage cheese 3 pcs eggs 1 cup caster sugar 1 cup milk 100 g raisins 1 pcs compote apricots

Mix the ingredients for the batter, divide in half (2 cups each), put 3 tbsp cocoa powder in 1/2 of it

Grease the baking sheet with 175g Hera, pour the kaa part of the batter on the baking sheet, align. Spread the cheesecake filling, slowly, stack the apricots and sprinkle the white, other part of the dough.

Top with 175g of Hera, spread over the whole cake. Bake for about 1 hour until the surface is pink.

Make the filling by mixing together the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, milk, then slowly stir in the raisins at the end. Put the apricots on the baking sheet.
