Swedish Burgers

Roasted burgers made of beef and other ingredients, served in a bun with cream dip, cranberry compote and salad.

Ingredients:

400 g of ground beef 1 piece garlic cloves 1 pk of egg 1 pk 1 pkonions frying oil ground pepper salt For the creamy dip: 100 g of sour cream 2 tbsp hot ketchup 1 tsp worchester 1 tsp honey 1 tsp

td>lemon juice 1 tsp carrot 0.5 pcs of apple 1 sprig of dill salt To finish: 4 pcs of sesame seeds 4 tsp cranberry compote salad

Procedure:

1. Mix ground beef with peeled, finely chopped onion, egg, peeled, crushed garlic clove, salt and pepper
2. Form the mixture into 4 patties and fry them in hot oil for about 5 minutes on each side
3. Cut the cleaned carrots into thin noodles, boil in boiling salted water for a minute, drain, rinse with cold water and leave to drain
4. In a bowl put sour cream, ketchup, honey, lemon juice, worchester, drained carrots, cleaned apple cut into thin noodles, finely chopped dill and mix everything well, add salt if necessary
5. Fry the bottom of the buns briefly under the grill or on a dry frying pan, brush with cream dip, place the fried burgers on top, add a spoonful of cranberry compote, garnish with a lettuce leaf and serve immediately.
