Svratecký goulash

Goulash from Brno prepared from stewed pork meat, pork liver and pepper noodles on onion base, seasoned with garlic, marjoram and other spices.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the pork into noodles, peel and dice the onion
2. Fry the onion in hot oil, add the chopped meat, fry it too so that it gets nicely browned
3. Pour warm water over the meat so that it is completely submerged, season the base with pepper, salt and cumin, simmer everything until semi-soft, about 90 minutes
5. At this stage, add the chopped liver and peppers to the goulash and finish simmering until tender
