Svítek z yeast
Soup topping.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Fry the yeast in the fat until it smells pink
2. Moisten the breadcrumbs with milk
3. Mix everything and add the egg, grated garlic (1-2 cloves), marjoram, pepper and baking powder
4. Pour the thinner batter into the hot pan with the fat
5. Stir fry the svítek on both sides
6. Cut into pieces when cooled and put into the soup just before eating.
Recommendation:
– Svítek can also be made in the form of dumplings. Cook the dumplings in double the amount given above and add a little more breadcrumbs to thicken the batter. Roll the dumplings in your hands and place them in hot fat.
