Surinamese Chicken

Bits of roasted chicken sauteed with bacon, onions, red peppers, hot peppers, ginger and sauerkraut.

Procedure:
1. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces
2. Melt the bacon in a hot pan, add the onion and sauerkraut, simmer for a while
3. In the other pan, fry the chicken pieces until golden brown
4. To the cabbage add grated ginger, chopped, de-peppered paprika and hot pepper, stir, add the chicken pieces, simmer until tender, stir occasionally during the simmering, or pour water.
5. Serve the Surinamese chicken with boiled potatoes.
