Super fast pizza without rising

Pizza Chef:
1.5 cups plain wheat flour (200 ml cup capacity) 1/2 KL salt 1.5 tbsp olive oil 3/4 cup water 1 KL baking powder with cream of tartar
Paradise base:
tomato puree, garlic, olive oil , salt, ground black pepper, dried basil, dried crushed oregano

ham, tomatoes, black olives, onion, garlic, grated hard cheese, Niva cheese…

When we’re short on time or have an unexpected visitor, a super quick cup pizza can save the day. Just 20 minutes and we have it on the table.

Turn on the oven and preheat to 250 °C. Line a round pizza tin (30 cm diameter) with baking paper.

Prepare the toppings: cut the tomatoes and olives into rounds, the onion and garlic into strips, grate the hard cheese into a bowl and crumble the Niva separately. Fold or cut the ham into triangles.

Tomato base.
Dough preparation. Add the oil and, in batches, the water. Stir with a fork until the ingredients come together and the dough stops sticking to the bowl. Transfer the dough to a floured board and knead thoroughly with your hands. Finally, shape into a loaf, stretch or roll out and transfer to the tin.

Finish. Spread the ham, vegetable garnish and Niva lumps, sprinkle with basil, season with salt if necessary and bake in the preheated oven. Bake for about 10 minutes.

The pizza is ready. Remove from the tin and serve while still warm. Enjoy!
