Sunday goulash soup

ingredients

600 g beef leg 2 pcs onion 150 ml oil 3 cloves garlic 1 KL ground red sweet paprika 1 KL ground hot red pepper

procedure

1. Remove the fatty parts of the meat and cut into small pieces. 2. Clean the onion and chop it as well. Place in a saucepan with hot oil and fry until golden. 3. Add the meat and season with salt (about 1 tbsp). Then add 1 tbsp sweet and 1 tbsp hot red pepper. 4. Pour in about 2,5l of water and simmer for about 45 minutes (until the meat is semi-soft). 5. Clean the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Add to the soup and stir. 6. Blend 250ml of lentils with an immersion blender and pour into the soup. 7. Season with salt to taste and don’t forget the chilli, which finishes the soup beautifully 🙂 Bon appetit!
