Summer vegetable salad
ingredients
1 pk cucumber 1 pk tomato 1 pk red or white pepper 1 pk onion 1 tsp granulated sugar 3/4 tsp salt 1 to taste vegetable oil 1 to taste vinegar 1 to taste ground black pepper

My mom’s salad, which is never over eaten 🙂
1.
Peel the cucumber, cut it into fine pieces, cut the bell pepper into small pieces, tomato also and onion into cubes.
2.
Add a teaspoon of sugar, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, pour oil and a little vinegar, add a little ground black pepper, stir and serve.
