Summer temptation – sponge cakes with fruit

ingredients
5 pcs larger egg 200 g granulated sugar 200 g semi-coarse flour 1 pinch salt 1/2 dl vegetable oil 1/2 dl lukewarm milk
Filling
700 ml whole milk 5 tbsp. sugar 2 packets fruit pudding 200 g fresh butter (fat) 200 ml non-fat sour cream
You still need
jam or jam for spreading seasonal fruits (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries…) 2 pcs gelatin powder

Beat the egg yolks, sugar, salt until foamy progressively add alternately oil and lukewarm milk finally sift the flour into the batter. Line a 26×36 cm baking tray with baking paper and spread the batter evenly. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Let the baked cake cool.

In milk to which add sugar, a pinch of salt cook a thick pudding into which while hot stir in butter cut into smaller pieces and sour cream.

Then cover with cling film and leave to cool a little.

Remove the baking paper from the crust and adjust the sides, brush with apricot jam or as desired. Spread the filling, arrange the fruit as desired, cover with the gelatine prepared according to the instructions. Place in the refrigerator to set.
