200 g butter 1 pk Zervé cheese to taste anchovy paste 1 pk melted cheese 1 pk onion 2 pk hard-boiled egg 100 g sterilized celery 1 can sardines to taste salt a little lemon juice
procedure

Blend the butter, cress, anchovy paste and melted cheese until smooth. Add finely chopped onion, finely grated hard-boiled egg, finely chopped celery.

Stir and mix with well rubbed sardines. Salt the spread to taste and add a few drops of lemon juice.
