Procedure:
1. Strip the goat leg of excess fat, sprinkle with crushed juniper berries, wrap in a cloth soaked in vinegar and leave in the refrigerator for 3-
4 days
2. Then weave bacon through the ham and put it in milk overnight
3. Salt the dried ham hock and fry it in butter without any additives
