Šulánky with sausage

Finger-wide potato cones, boiled or fried in oil and served with minced sausage.

Ingredients:

500 g of pre-cooked potatoes 250 g of coarse flour 200 g of raisins 2 pcs eggs smoked meat broth or oil salt

Procedure:

1. Grind the potatoes in a meat grinder and knead with eggs, salt and flour
2. Roll out the dough into cones and fry in oil or cook in smoked meat stock
3. When still hot, serve sprinkled with minced fatty sausage.
