1 kg beef 5 tbsp ketchup 3 tbsp full fat mustard 3 tbsp oil 50 g butter 150 ml water black pepper, salt

3 pcs egg breadcrumbs

I found this recipe a long time ago on the internet and it tastes delicious. Cutlet lovers will love it.

Slice the beef. Knead the breadcrumbs into them. I do it by knocking them in a bag with breadcrumbs. It’s easy and you don’t have any mess that way. Roll in egg and fry each side sharply.

In the meantime, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the oil, ketchup, mustard and water. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the seared cutlets on a baking tray and pour the prepared sauce over them.

Cover with foil and bake for about 1,5h at 200°C. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
