Stuffed zucchini strudels

Thin slices of young zucchini prepared on the grill, stuffed with a mixture of lentils, slices of English bacon, potatoes and hermelin.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Preparation of the lentils: fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown, add the chopped tomatoes, saute
2. Then stir in the peppers cut into strips, season with salt, pepper, squeeze out the juice and season with a pinch of marjoram and salt if necessary
3. Finally, add an eighth of a potato
5. Wrap and tie with a toothpick.
Recommendation:
Serve hot or cold with white or dark bread and a dip of sour cream with garlic and salt or other favorite cold sauce.
