Stuffed tubes

ingredients

500 g puff pastry 225 g Mascarpone 300 ml whipping cream 2 packets vanilla pudding 750 ml milk 4 tbsp granulated sugar 1 packet vanillin sugar 100 g powdered sugar 1 pk egg for spreading

Breathable dessert:

Roll out the puff pastry into one large sheet. Cut it into 2 cm wide strips.

Wrap the strips on the moulds so that the dough partially overlaps. Press the ends with your fingers. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with egg wash. Bake for about 15 minutes at 200 degrees.

Remove the baked dough from the pans and let cool.

Cream: make a custard with milk , custard powder and granulated sugar. Mix the mascarpone with the icing sugar and vanillin sugar. Add to the pudding in batches. Mix well.

Beat the whipping cream and fold gently into the custard. Put the cream in a pastry bag and fill the tubes.
