Stuffed Triplets

This time stuffed with shrimp.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Roll the puff pastry on a floured rolling pin into a rectangle
2. Use a pizza cutter or the reverse edge of a knife to divide the dough into 8 squares, then cut them into two equal triangles
3. Spread the triangles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush them with beaten egg
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes
5. For a smooth cream, mix mayonnaise, sour cream and spreadable butter in a bowl
6. Add salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and lemon juice to taste
7. Let the shrimps cooked in hot and salted water drain, cool and then put them into individual triangles
9. Decorate with a slice of lemon, green parsley and serve.
Recommendation:
– The fillings can of course be changed freely. We recommend, for example, to use crab meat or sticks or even caviar.
