Stuffed Tortilla Cones

Tortillas smeared with herb spread and filled with Vegetable Recipes mixed with roasted chicken pieces.

Procedure:
1. Wash and dry the cleaned chicken breasts, lightly pat dry, season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan in heated oil for about 4 minutes on each side, then let cool
2. For the spread, put the soft cottage cheese, cress and finely chopped chives in a bowl, mix and season with salt and pepper
3. Cut the cleaned spring onions into rounds, cut the washed seedless peppers into cubes, tear the washed drained lettuce into smaller pieces and cut the washed tomatoes in half
4. Heat the tortillas briefly in a dry pan, spread with herb spread, divide the Vegetable Recipes and chicken in the middle, then roll them into cones, tie them with a toothpick to prevent them from unravelling and serve immediately.
