Stuffed rolls
Balls filled with chocolate flakes, baked until golden brown, covered with chocolate icing.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Sift the plain flour into a bowl, add the butter cut into small pieces and work into a crumb with your fingers, then add the sour cream and work everything into a smooth dough, which you wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour
2. Roll out the chilled dough into a sheet, cut 16 squares, crosswise, sprinkle chocolate flakes on each and roll each square over a corner
3. Carefully transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper, fold into rolls, place in a preheated oven at 190 °C and bake for about 20 minutes

Recommendation:
The rolls can also be filled with dried fruit or coconut moistened with cream.
