Stuffed rolls baked

Rootballs stuffed with cheese, English bacon or ham, tomatoes, herbs and egg, nicely baked in the oven.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Carefully cut off the top of the roll, enough to hollow it out nicely, and remove some of the inside
2. Sprinkle the hollowed out part with melted butter, sprinkle with some grated cheese, put in some bacon or ham
3. Continue with the filling; add tomatoes, torn parsley leaves, sprinkle with grated hard cheese and sprinkle with butter
4. Finally, crack the eggs, season with salt, transfer the whole lump to the foil to make a nest (roll up the edges)
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 °C, bake until the egg is set, the yolk should remain slightly runny, about 15-20 minutes

We also tried baking the buns in the microwave and the result was as good as the buns baked in a conventional oven and it was much faster!
