Stuffed Raw Tomatoes
Here is the recipe for stuffed raw tomatoes, a cold, delicious and fresh starter for summer.
Ingredients for 4 people: – 2Sp / person – 4 medium tomatoes 1 medium carrot, diced 2 cans of tuna au naturel 2 tablespoons of light mayonnaise 1 stalk of celery, diced 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander salt, pepper Preparation:
Wash your tomatoes and, using a sharp knife, slice the base of your tomatoes so that they fit on the plate.
Then cut off the tops of your tomatoes and with a small spoon, scoop them out. Set aside for a few minutes upside down on paper towels, then dice the carrot and celery.
In a salad bowl put the pieces of carrot, celery, tuna, mayonnaise chopped cilantro, salt and pepper then mix well.
Fill your tomatoes with a tablespoon then tamp lightly.
Place in a cool place until ready to serve.
