Stuffed Rabbit Brno style

Rabbit meat cubes fried in fat, then baked in the oven with stuffing.

Ingredients:

1 piece of smaller rabbit 1 pcs of onion 1 tbsp of eggplant 50 g of bacon For stuffing: 3 pcs eggs 3 pcs buns (rolls) 50 g butter green parsley ground pepper salt milk to soak buns

Procedure:

1. Bone the rabbit, cut the meat into smaller cubes
2. Fry the prepared meat in fat with bacon cubes and chopped onion, set aside
3. Prepare the stuffing by beating the eggs with butter and breadcrumbs soaked in milk, add chopped green parsley, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly
4. Layer the stuffing over the roasted rabbit meat, drizzle with fat and put in a 200 °C oven to bake until red.

Recommendation:

Serve mostly without side dishes with vegetable salads.
