Stuffed portobello mushrooms with halloumi

Ingredients:

Range for 4 servings: 4 pcs portobello mushrooms

1 pc garlic cloves 1 piece green stem of spring onion 100 g of halloumi cheese 40 g butter 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil 3 tbsp pine nuts pepper

Procedure:

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

In a small bowl, prepare the filling. Mix the grated halloumi cheese, crushed garlic clove, finely chopped basil, spring onions, softened butter, pine nuts, salt and a pinch of pepper.

Fill the mushrooms with the cheese mixture, wrap in baking paper with foil and bake for 25 min. Then partially unwrap and bake for another 10 min in grill mode.
