Stuffed portabella
ingredients
200 ml cream 3 pcs egg 3 pcs tomato 6 pcs portobello mushrooms 1 pcs bun 2 tbsp butter 1 packet Mozzarella cheese 1 clove garlic to taste salt a little pepper 1 pinch nutmeg 1 pinch dried basil fresh basil
step
1. Peel the mushrooms and remove the legs. Heat the butter in a frying pan, stir in the crushed garlic and brush the inside of the caps with this mixture. 2. Dice the mushrooms and legs, add the cream, egg, pepper, salt, nutmeg, dried basil and mix well. Fill the mushrooms with this mixture, spread the tomato slices and top with a slice of mozzarella. 3. Bake at 190°C for about 20 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
