Stuffed peppers

Seeded peppers are a spicy food at its best. For dessert, you can put in anything you can find in the cupboard. Put the cheese on the stove and into the oven.

Ingredients for four

4 peppers 200g grated cheese 300 g fried minced meat 200 g cooked rice 1 onion 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper chilli powder to taste

Cut the onion into small cubes and brown it in a pan. Cut the stem off the pepper and scrape out all the insides.

In a separate bowl, mix the rice, minced meat, onions and spices. Toss the peppers in the bowl and pour more grated cheese over the top. Put the lids on the peppers and grill them until the peppers are browned.
