Stuffed mushrooms

Today we offer you the recipe for mushrooms stuffed with Vegetable Recipes and minced meat, a complete dish and quite easy to make, well compatible with the diet.

To make it easier for you, choose large mushrooms, As we have already done for the recipe for mushrooms with tuna. So it will be easier to stuff them and it will take you less time.

Ingredients for 6 mushrooms:

6 large mushrooms 1 onion 100 g ground meat 5% mg 1 carrot Juice of half a lemon 1 egg yolk Parsley 40 g Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Start by peeling and stemming the mushrooms, then rinse them, and sprinkle them with lemon juice.

Peel the onion and carrot, then put them in a blender with the ground meat, olive oil, and parsley.

Mix everything well, add salt and pepper, then add the egg yolk, then place in an ovenproof dish and stuff them. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top.

Put the stuffed mushrooms in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes before serving.
