Stuffed Eggs II

Hard boiled eggs, halved, hollowed out, filled with a mixture of yolks, sour cream, processed cheese and butter.

Ingredients:

10 pieces of egg 100 g 100 g butter 6 tbsp sour cream parsley water salt

Procedure:

1. Boil hard boiled eggs, peel them and cut them in half, remove the yolks
2. Beat the butter with the cheese, add the egg yolks and whisk everything together, finally beat in the cream a little at a time, add salt
3. Fill the egg white tubs with the whipped mixture, garnish with parsley and arrange on plates.
