Stuffed eggs drowned in cheese sauce

Hard boiled eggs, hollowed out, filled with a mixture of yolks, chopped salmon, butter and sauteed mushrooms, topped with cheese sauce and baked in the oven.

Procedure:
1. Hard boil the eggs, then set them aside to cool, peel them cold, and cut them in half
2. Beat the yolks with some of the butter and chopped chives 3. Lightly sauté the mushrooms in butter and let cool, add a little cream, salt and pepper
4. Chop the smoked salmon, mix it with the mushrooms and egg yolks, fill the egg halves with this mixture and place in a baking dish
5. Mix the grated Parmesan cheese with some softer, well-melted cheese and, together with the cream, put it in the oven heated to 200 °C for 8 minutes to bake
6. Serve the drowned eggs garnished with chopped green parsley, still warm, with slices of white bread or other pastries.
