Stuffed eggs
ingredients
3 pcs egg 1 tsp dijon mustard 2 tbsp light parsley for garnish

Cook the eggs, divide in half when cool and remove the yolks.

In a bowl, mix them with the luchina and mustard until smooth. Season with salt if necessary.
3.
Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture and garnish with parsley. Cool before serving.
