Stuffed doughnuts

ingredients

2 pcs golden eggs 2 tbsp oil 3 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1/2 cube fresh yeast 1/4 litre warm milk 1 pk vanilla sugar 100 g semi-coarse flour 350 g plain flour special 3 tbsp rum lemon zest oil for squeezing to taste jam

Beautifully fluffy according to a proven recipe…

Add sugar and crushed yeast to the milk.Let the yeast swell and add the egg yolks,

sifted flour with salt and lemon zest.Knead the dough

and leave in a warm place to rise.

After rising,turn out onto a lightly floured board,roll out to 1 cm. and cut out rounds.Let rise for about 10 min.

Then fry the rounds in oil.

I lay them out on a paper napkin.

When cool,I fill the doughnuts with jam.

I’ll glaze the doughnuts.
