Stuffed cupcakes with chocolate filling

350 g semi-coarse flour 250 g Hera 70 g ground nuts 150 g powdered sugar 2 pcs egg 1/2 packet baking powder

4 pcs egg 300 g powdered sugar 100 g chocolate 1 KL cocoa 250 g butter

We bake these cupcakes for every occasion (Easter, Christmas, celebrations).

From the ingredients we prepare the batter, which we fill into the cupcake molds, we do not need to grease or flour the molds. Fill the batter about halfway into the cupcake, as it will rise during baking. Place the filled cupcakes in the preheated oven and bake. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C. When the cupcakes are still warm, turn them out of the moulds and let them cool down.

Place the eggs and sugar in a bowl over a steam and whisk with a mixer for 10 minutes, the meat should be warmed through. Then add the chocolate and cocoa. Remove from steam and let cool.

When the filling is cool, beat the butter with a mixer and progressively add the filling and beat until smooth. Put the filling in a pastry bag and pipe it onto the cupcakes. Decorate and you’re done baking.
