These stuffed cucumbers are a super light, fresh, colorful, tasty and quick to make appetizer! They can be made ahead of time and left in the fridge until ready to serve.
Ingredients: 0 SP 2 cucumbers 200g 0% cottage cheese 2 medium radishes Salt and pepper Preparation:
Start by washing the cucumbers, remove the skin while leaving a little, then cut them into 6 cylinders.
Empty the cucumber cylinders and stuff them with the cheese, then slice the radishes and put them on top of the cucumber.
Finally, add salt and pepper and serve the stuffed cucumbers.
