Stuffed Chicken Skins

Packets of chicken skin filled with fried liver, bread soaked in milk, spices and egg, baked in the oven until golden brown. Recipe by Lada Hruška featured on the TV news on Nova.

1. Add the finely chopped liver and fry it with the onions, remove from the heat source and let it cool down
3. Soak the crustless bread in the milk, mix it with the fried liver and onion, beaten egg, chopped parsley, salt and pepper the mixture and season with pepper and mace
4. Cut out squares from the skins, wrap them with the prepared stuffing, place the individual packets in a baking dish greased with oil and sprinkle with salt and grill seasoning

Serve with bread or boiled potatoes, or mashed potatoes and pickles.
