Stuffed Cheap Meatloaf

Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the rolls through the middle,put them in a container, cover with water and weigh them down for a while
2. Place the minced meat, 4 eggs, finely chopped onion, crushed garlic, spices, salt and squeezed rolls in a bowl
3. Spread the food foil on the roll and make a pancake from the meatloaf dough
5. In the middle, place two sausage legs side by side, hard-boiled eggs cut in half and sterilized cucumbers cut in half
6. Use the foil to wrap the pancake and squeeze out all the air that got in during wrapping
7. Remove the foil and place the stuffed meatloaf in the oven at 190 °C for about an hour until it is cooked.
Recommendation:
Serve with boiled potatoes and any vegetable salad. It can also be served cold with bread and mustard.
Note:
P.S. from Mrs. Marus – I don’t make stuffed meatloaf very often, I more often just make a doughnut without the filling from the same dough because it’s easier to work with. But filled is better and looks better.
